How often will I get an introduction?
At the pace you choose. When you join, you pick how often you'd like to meet someone new, and you can change it whenever you like. Where your community allows it, you can also find someone yourself when you'd like to meet sooner.
What does the other person see before we meet?
A little about you, enough to decide: your first name, your team or area, and why you two might connect. No photo. Your contact details and where you'll meet are shared only once you both say yes.
Can I say no, or take a break?
Either, anytime. Pass on an introduction and the other person is never told. Or pause introductions with no reason needed and no one told. You keep every connection, and you can come back whenever you like.
Can my community's hosts see my conversations?
No. Hosts see how the community is doing, like how many people are taking part and which teams are connecting. In a coffee round they run, they can also see who was paired and whether each pair met, so they can help a pair that's stuck. Every time they look, it's logged. Never what's said, anyone's notes, or how you rated a coffee.
What does it cost?
Nothing for communities. Clubs, classes, cohorts, events, and alumni networks are free. Companies that need enterprise SSO, integrations, and dedicated support pay, from $49 a month.
