Integrations

Works with what your people already use.

There's no new tool here to make everyone adopt. Let's Get Coffee borrows the accounts, inboxes, and calendars your people already live in, so joining takes a minute and nothing new has to be learned.

Set up in an afternoon. No IT project, no rollout plan.

Signing in

One tap, with the accounts they already have.

  • Google

Continue with the Google account your people already have, whether work, school, or personal. No new password to invent or forget.

  • Microsoft

Microsoft 365 and Entra work accounts sign straight in. It's the same login your people use for Outlook and Teams.

  • Slack

Communities that live in Slack can sign in with it, so joining takes one tap from the workspace they're already in.

No Google, Microsoft, or Slack account? A magic link to any email address signs people in just as well, so nobody is left outside the door.

Where introductions arrive

In the inbox people already read.

Email, in any inbox

Every introduction, reminder, and confirmation arrives as a warm email from a real, monitored address. Reply to any of them and a human reads it.

Slack

Add the Let's Get Coffee app to your workspace and members can get their introduction as a friendly Slack DM instead: the same introduction, right where the conversation already is.

Calendars

Every coffee lands on the calendar.

When two people confirm a time, both get a one-tap add to calendar, with the time, the place, and who they're meeting. Google Calendar and Outlook open directly; everything else (Apple Calendar included) takes the standard calendar file. No account connection required for any of it.

Add to calendar
  • Google Calendarone tap
  • Outlookone tap
  • Apple Calendar & everything else.ics file

Thursday at 10:30, coffee with Maya. Already on both calendars.

Bringing people in

Your member list is already enough.

  • Your email domain

People who sign in with your organization's email domain land in your space automatically. No roster to upload first.

  • Paste a list

Bring names from anywhere: paste emails, “Name <email>” pairs, or a CSV export from whatever you already keep your members in.

  • One link or QR code

For events and open communities: share a single link or put a code on the screen, and people join from their phone in seconds.

What we haven't built

The honest gaps.

You won't find an HRIS or directory sync here (Workday, BambooHR, Okta), a public API, or notifications inside Microsoft Teams, because we haven't built them yet. We'd rather say so than let you assume. A shared link, your email domain, and a pasted list are enough to run day one without any of them.

If one of those missing pieces is what stands between you and a yes, tell us. That's exactly the signal that moves our roadmap.

Nothing to install

Your tools are already connected.

Sign in with an account you have, invite your people, and the first introductions go out this week.
