Help your team actually know each other.
Let's Get Coffee is an employee networking platform that introduces colleagues across departments, locations, and seniority, through thoughtful recurring coffee matches. You set it up once; it runs itself.
Start free to pilot. Slack, Teams, SSO & HRIS on the Corporate plan.
- New hires connect beyond their team in week one
- Engineering meets Legal, silos open up
- Hybrid and remote stop drifting apart
- Belonging you can put on a dashboard
Set up in an afternoon.
The people worth knowing are already on payroll
Most colleagues never meet, not because they don't want to, but because nothing ever puts them in the same room.
New hires stay strangers
The person a new hire most needs to know is three desks (or three time zones) over, and they'll never meet by accident. Multiply that across every team, every cohort, every quarter, and the company quietly runs on a fraction of the relationships it could.
Departments stay siloed
Engineering and Legal, Sales and Product: the cross-team conversations that prevent expensive mistakes never start on their own.
Hybrid teams drift apart
Remote and in-office, HQ and satellite: distance turns colleagues into names on a screen unless something deliberately connects them.
How it works for your company
Set up once. It runs weekly.Create a round
Pick who's included (a team, a new-hire cohort, the whole company) and how often people meet.
Employees opt in
A few interests, what they're hoping for, how often. Two minutes; no manager chasing required.
Matches go out weekly
Everyone gets one introduction worth making, across teams and seniority, with a clear reason it matters.
You watch it work
A dashboard of who's connecting and who to gently re-invite: belonging you can actually report on.
A company that feels smaller than it is
Onboarding that sticks
New hires meet people beyond their own team in week one, not month six, and they stay.
Silos that open up
Cross-department introductions you'd never make by hand, made automatically, every week.
Belonging you can measure
A simple view of real connections: who's meeting, who's engaged, what's landing.
Runs itself
Automatic weekly matches and light nudges. People Ops sets it up once and gets the time back.
Wherever colleagues should know each other
From a 30-person startup to a distributed enterprise, if people can't all meet by chance, this is for you.
Onboarding & new hires
First-30-days connection, buddy intros
Cross-team & hybrid
Open silos, connect remote and HQ
Mentoring & growth
Pair across seniority and function
Good to know
The honest answers people teams ask before rolling it out.
- Does it work with Slack and Microsoft Teams?
- Yes. Slack and Teams delivery are available on the Corporate plan, so introductions and nudges land where your team already works. Email works too, and nothing requires a chat tool to get started.
- How are employees matched?
- From the interests and goals they share on opting in, plus signals like department, location, and seniority, so each match is a relevant, cross-team introduction with a clear reason behind it, not a random pairing.
- What about privacy?
- Participation is opt-in, and matching uses what employees choose to share. Profile photos (where enabled) are shown only after a match, never on the selection step, so appearance can't bias who connects.
- How much does it cost for a company?
- You can start free to pilot. The Corporate plan (from $49/mo, scaling with headcount) adds SSO & SAML, HRIS sync, Slack & Teams delivery, advanced matching, and reporting: the enterprise extras companies actually need.
