Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Let's Get Coffee. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you're accepting on behalf of an organization, you confirm you're authorized to bind that organization.

Who can use Let's Get Coffee

You need to be old enough to form a binding agreement in your region, and you agree to provide accurate information when you sign up. The service is intended for members of the organizations, communities, and events that use it.

Your account

We sign you in with a one-time code sent to your email, so keep access to that inbox secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed it.

Organizations and members

An organizer creates a space and invites members into it. The organizer manages who's included and how rounds run; members choose to participate and what to share. If you join through an organization, some settings are governed by that organization's choices.

Acceptable use

To keep Let's Get Coffee warm and safe, you agree not to:

• Harass, deceive, or harm other members, or use an introduction for spam, solicitation, or recruiting you weren't invited to do.
• Misrepresent who you are.
• Scrape, copy, or harvest other members' information, or attempt to access data that isn't yours.
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to break the security of the service.
• Use the service for anything unlawful.

The coffee chats

We introduce people and suggest a reason and a time to meet, but the conversation is yours. Meetings happen between members, online or in person, and we're not a party to them. Use good judgment, just as you would meeting anyone new. You're responsible for your own conduct in the meetings you take.

Plans, billing, and the free tier

Let's Get Coffee is free for communities. Paid Corporate plans exist for companies that need enterprise features.

Billing is not yet switched on. When we introduce paid billing, the applicable plan terms and prices will be presented to you before any charge, and continued use of a paid plan will be subject to those terms.

Intellectual property

We own the Let's Get Coffee software, design, and brand. You own the content and information you provide, and you grant us the permission we need to operate the service for you, for example showing your profile to the people you're being introduced to. We may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve the product.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we handle it. By using the service, you also agree to that policy.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." We work hard to make good introductions and keep things running, but we don't guarantee that any particular match, meeting, or outcome will result, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Let's Get Coffee isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for what happens in the meetings between members. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the service and its members. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination, like intellectual property and limitation of liability, will.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Let's Get Coffee operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where required, disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction.
