Every attendee meets someone worth knowing.
Let's Get Coffee turns the breaks at your event into real introductions. Attendees scan a QR code, get matched, and meet before they leave the room. No app, no account.
Help the room introduce itself, safely, intentionally, and with a little joy. People share only what they choose, and every match comes with a reason.
Works for any size room. No app for attendees, free to run.

Most people leave an event having met no one
You spent months on the program, the venue, the speakers. Then the best part, who's in the room, is left entirely to chance, and most attendees go home with a tote bag and nobody's name.
How it works at your event
From scan to lasting connection.Scan to join
Attendees scan a QR code or open one link. No app to download, no account to create. Under a minute.
Matched each break
Every coffee break, each attendee gets one introduction worth making, chosen by interests, role, and goals.
Where to meet
Not just a name: a reason it's worth it and a suggested spot, so the conversation actually happens.
Claim them after
Afterward, attendees claim their profile and keep the connections, turning a one-day event into a lasting network.
An event people leave better connected
Nobody leaves a stranger
Every attendee meets someone genuinely relevant, not whoever happened to be standing nearby.
No awkward mixer
No badge-scanning scramble, no working the room. The introduction is made; people just show up to it.
Attendees become members
The claim-your-profile step turns a one-off crowd into a community you can keep convening.
Proof it worked
An organizer dashboard of check-ins, introductions made, and profiles claimed: the connections you can report.
Any gathering with more people than introductions
If your attendees are worth bringing together, they're worth introducing.

Good to know
The honest answers organizers ask before running it.
- Do attendees need to download an app or make an account?
- No. Attendees join an event by scanning a QR code or opening a single shared link, and get matched without creating an account. It's the lowest-friction way to get a whole room participating.
- How are attendees matched?
- From the few things they share on joining (interests, role, and what they're hoping to get from the event), each person gets one relevant introduction per break, with a clear reason it's worth making.
- Can we upload a guest list ahead of time?
- Yes. Upload your attendee list in advance, or let people scan in on the day, or both. Either way the matching and reminders run themselves once the event starts.
- What happens to the connections after the event?
- Attendees can claim their profile afterward and keep everyone they met, so a single event grows your ongoing community instead of ending when the room empties.
- Is it free?
- Communities run free while we're getting started. Companies that need SSO, integrations, and dedicated support are who we charge.
