- About two minutes, once: a few interests and what they're hoping for. After that, one introduction at whatever pace you set. They can pause or leave at any time, without explaining themselves to anyone.

- An afternoon. Pick who's included, choose how often people meet, invite them by email or one shared link. There's no rollout project and no integration to schedule.
What an admin can see
Who's taking part and how the program is going overall. Not what anyone talked about, not their notes, and not what they wrote in feedback. We don't store conversation content anywhere.

If people don't take part, we treat that as a signal about the program, not a failing of theirs: we won't name anyone who opted out, and we won't invent a bad introduction to keep the numbers looking healthy.
